Its thinner and low viscosity bearing grease with the correct fill level offers higher durability at high speeds. If you're running the best crankset on the market, you should have the performance BB to match. - Thinner and lower viscosity bearing grease for higher durability at high speeds - In-house testing procedure includes developing a 24-hour continuous water invasion test - Offered in a variety of types for better compatibility - 386 EVO 46mm Press fit, 30mm Spindle, 103gm, 86.5mm
CeramicSpeed BB30 Bottom Bracket Road and MTB
$339.00 - $439.00
The BB30 bottom bracket allows you to pair 30mm spindle cranks to 42mm inner diameter bottom bracket shells. Cannondale pioneered this standard along with specially-designed cranks and many have found the benefits to them. Road versions have a 68mm width, MTB has 73mm. These are also the bearings you can use to replace bearings in PF30 cups. You have two bearing choices. The first choice is our low drag, long life Standard Bearing, with hardened-steel races and our super-round CeramicSpeed balls. The second choice is our Coated Bearing, which uses those same balls installed on coated, hardened-steel races for longer life and less bearing drag. BB30 was designed to make the bike lighter: no cups, threading, or redundant metal, plus a lighter, stiffer crank. That's why the crank spindle is 30mm, which was a big jump up from square-taper spindles. CeramicSpeed standard bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set. That's in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. That's thanks to balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. The bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings. In The Box - 2x bearings - 2x 1mm spacers - 2x 0.5mm spacers - 2x dust covers - O-ring - 10ml syringe of grease - Sticker sheet

CeramicSpeed hand-built bearings carry the load from crank to frame with unparalleled durability & efficiency. Without the use of unnecessary adapters or spacers, a quiet & stable platform is ensured throughout the life of the product. The BB30 for SRAM DUB Road comes in two versions; one using our CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings and the other using our Coated Bearings for even longer lifetime and lower friction. CeramicSpeed BB30 Bottom Bracket for Shimano Road
$359.00 - $459.00
The BB30 standard opened up design possibilities for frames. Adapting it for Shimano cranks takes a special machined aluminum threaded bottom bracket that threads into itself. Ours are finished with CeramicSpeed Bearings. You have two choices in terms of bearings. The first choice is our low drag, long life standard bearing with hardened-steel races and our super-round CeramicSpeed Balls. The second choice is our coated bearing, which uses those same balls installed on coated, hardened-steel races for longer life and less bearing drag. This bottom bracket works with cranks that have 24mm spindles. Bottom brackets have several variables, but within that, CeramicSpeed standard Bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set. That's in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. That's thanks to balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. The CeramicSpeed Bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings. Coated Bearings see another big bump in performance. The coated races see a 50% drag reduction and an improvement in bearing life of 60%. Performance can be tuned by changing the grease. All Round Grease comes installed, but can be changed for lower drag TT and Track Grease, or higher durability LongLife Grease, which adds a bit of drag but stays in the bearing when riding through messy conditions. In The Box: - 1 bottom bracket with bearings installed - 2 dust covers installed - 10ml syringe of CeramicSpeed All Round Grease - Sticker sheet

CeramicSpeed BSA Bottom Bracket for Shimano Road
$359.00
BSA is another way of stating English threading. The initialization comes from Birmingham Small Arms, which made bicycles. English threading on road bikes mean a 68mm wide, 34mm inside diameter shell with reverse threading on the drive side. It's the most common threaded standard employed today. This kit works with 24mm diameter cranks, found on cranks from Shimano, FSA, Rotor, and others. Choose between two bearings for the cups. Standard Bearings have low drag thanks to hardened-steel races and our Ceramic balls. Coated Bearings have those same balls installed on coated, hardened-steel races for longer life and less bearing drag. 24mm spindles easily fit through the shell and allow for large bearings to be employed in the outside cups. Put more of your energy into forward motion by reducing frictional drag wherever you can. CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set. That's in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. CeramicSpeed balls are 100% smoother and 15% harder than ceramic competition. The bearings last at least 3x longer than other bearings. In The Box: - 2 threaded cups with bearings - 2 dust covers with built-in spacers - Spacer tube - 10mm syringe of All Round Grease - Sticker sheet

CeramicSpeed EVO386 Bottom Bracket for Shimano
$359.00 - $459.00
The EVO386 standard is designed for oversized spindles. CeramicSpeed's kit for Shimano allows you to install Shimano or FSA cranks with 24mm spindles. The cups come with CeramicSpeed Bearings installed. Both CeramicSpeed Standard and Coated Bearings are available. Both utilize super smooth CeramicSpeed Balls and hardened-steel races. The latter has an additional metallic coating on the races to further smooth and harden the steel, further increasing life and lowering drag. The design of overlapping cups extending through the shell for EVO386 reduce the likelihood of creaking and increase the reliability of the system. The CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings feature an average drag reduction of 75% compared to stock bottom brackets. That translates into frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set, which is the result of great design, hardened-steel races, and ceramic balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. The CeramicSpeed Coated Bearings are a step up as they reduce drag by 50% compared to our Standard Bearings and an improvement in bearing life by 60%. All Round Grease comes standard in the bearings, but can be replaced for lower drag TT and Track Grease or higher durability LongLife Grease, which adds a bit of drag but stays in the bearing when riding through messy conditions. CeramicSpeed ITA Bottom Bracket for Shimano Road
$359.00 - $459.00
Italian-threaded bottom bracket shells are typically found on Italian-brand road bikes. The shell measures 70mm wide and has a 35mm inner diameter. This kit has all the pieces necessary to install 24mm diameter cranks, such as those from Shimano, FSA, and others into an ITA shell. CeramicSpeed bearings are pressed into threaded cups, then those cups are threaded into the frame. You choose whether you want yours equipped with Standard or Coated Bearings. Super-round, super-smooth CeramicSpeed balls rotate in hardened-steel races in both. The Coated version has a metallic coating laid onto the races, making them even harder and smoother, resulting in longer life and lower drag. ITA BBs, thanks to the popularity of Italian road bike design, still have a following. The drive-side cup needs to be properly secured, but once that's done, the system is excellent. 24mm cranks work better when mated to our bearings. To make your bike as efficient as possible, you must reduce mechanical drag. Bottom brackets have a measurable effect on speed. CeramicSpeed balls are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. They run on smoother races, too. That means our Standard Bearing BBs have 75% less drag compared to typical bottom brackets. And, the bearings last at least 3x longer than other bearings. These bearings come packed with All Round Grease. If you want less drag and are riding in cleaner environs, install lowest drag TT and Track Grease. If you're riding in wet conditions, more durable LongLife Grease can be put in. In The Box: - 2 threaded cups with bearings - 2 dust covers with built-in spacers - Spacer tube - 10ml syringe of All Round grease - Sticker sheet
